quadrangle townhouses

This project was our first residential development in the early 1990s. The design resolution was four two storey freestanding townhouses located around a central entry court. Finishes included recycled bricks, black steelwork, lime washed walls, plantation cedar weatherboards and zincalume roofing.

The development’s net profit was well over the 20% target.
