The St Peters development is a mixed use development of commercial offices and residential townhouses with hidden rear access ground floor car parking. Constrained by both sewer and electrical power easements, maximising the site’s plot ratio resulted in suspending the majority of the first floor on concrete columns and beams spanning the full depth of the site.
Our planning experience allowed us to obtain planning concession for reduced setbacks, which greatly aided the design outcome and the project’s feasibility.
