The Bay Road project involved the reconfiguring and major renovations to a single storey brick and tile 70s home in Claremont Western Australia. A second floor was also added to provide a parent’s retreat.

Where possible demolish materials were reincorporated into the new construction, and all new material selections were based on minimising the projects ecological footprint and the toxic off-gassing for its inhabitants.
