braemar house
Built in the 1890s, Braemar House was originally one of the prominent homes in the Fremantle area. Common to many such houses, it was repurposed at the end of the World War II as C Class hospital. As a consequence the roof was removed and the building partly demolished to allow various extensions of the floor space.
Our client purchased the property in the 1990s and asked bradleycole to reinstate the original grand residence. This required extensive historical research and many hours of site investigation to determine the building’s original form.
