This project involved internal renovations including a new kitchen and bathroom, as well as uplifting the exterior and landscaping the front yard. As part of the design resolution we open up the new kitchen to the dining area to increase the sociability between spaces.

The old 1950’s bathroom was guttered and completely refurbished. The exterior uplift included repainting the building with a simplified, more elegant palette, and replacing the front lawn with contrasting orange gravel and native flora landscaping.
